Every June, Donaldson's Farm in Hackettstown has a month that they call "Strawberry Festival" - every weekend in June they have U-Pick and festival activities every weekend. I go a day or two before and pick strawberries. I come home and freeze 1/3 of them and I do stuff with the rest - chocolate covered strawberries, strawberry milkshakes, jam, pop tarts, you name it. I go strawberry crazy.
