This weeks' Tip Tuesday is all about Reuse. You go to one of those coffee places and come home with a plastic cup. After a few days, they pile up. You don't want to throw them out. You could recycle them but even better use for them is growing seedlings. Yes, growing flowers or food.
Also a great use for those plastic cups from pudding. Punch a hole in the bottom and fill with wet potting mix. Plant your seeds and place the cup on the top to a plastic food service container. In a few days in a sunny window you have seedlings. Thin them and plant out. or transfer into a larger pot. Water...and ta da...you are growing veggies or flowers or herbs.
