a sturdy set of tools including a fork, spatula, tongs and grill cleaning brush. My set is by Hoffritz but they make sets at all price points. Make sure the handles are long so you don't burn yourself. Make sure the spatula is long so your burgers, chops and steaks all fit on the spatula when turning them over. This is a good set from Char-Broil (as I said my set is old and it isn't sold any longer)
